Robin has customized and delivered presentations for both public and private clients and is a certified coach and human behavior consultant.  She draws upon over a decade in the human resources field in the academic, non-profit and private industry.  As a director of recruitment and personnel administrator, Robin improved clients relationships, increased billable hours by 15% and trained new staff.  Contracted to recruit 120 people annually for a large urban education system, she consistently maintained an 85% retention rate or better over a three year period.  In addition to having over 20 years in the education arena and 10 years in HR/Placement, Robin has been an ordained elder since 1996 and served as Chief Elder of Teaching for six (6) years, Director of Christian Education and former Youth Pastor.
