Wearing the Right C.A.P. requires a minimum of 5 people from your ministry or organization to be certified in order to be a Qualified PAGS Training Institute (see below).

 

PAGS Ministry Placement Team (minimal requirement):

 

Ministry Placement Director- Oversees the entire PAGS Ministry Placement and Mobilization Program, teams and staff.  Provides training opportunities and ongoing support for staff. Primary contact with Wearing The Right C.A.P./PTI offices  (1 to oversee program)

PAGS Connection Directors-  Act as liason between members (new and current) in the same fivefold/PAGS ministry stream.  They are the first level of support for new members after they complete New Members’ Class.  One is required to start. However, five (5) is suggested (one for each PAGS stream)

PAGS Facilitators- Schedule and lead the PAGS Quickstart Programs after members complete New Members’ Class and PAGS Orientation.  They will assist with leading additional PAGS support training modules as needed.  One is required to start.  However, five (5) to ten (10) is suggested (two for each PAGS stream)

PAGS Coaches- Provide on-going support for members after they complete the PAGS Quickstart Program©.  Support can include, but is not limited to guidance, accountability, etc.  One is required to start.  However, five (5) to ten (10) is suggested (two for each PAGS stream)

 

Certification Requirements:

Attend 2 hour Train The Trainer Session (led by Certified Wearing The Right C.A.P. Master Trainer)

Scheduled at your location or in Wearing The Right C.A.P. area
