Who Can Use This Assessment?
The Kegler Primary Area Gift Stream (K-PAGS(c)) can be used in ministries for your members who are not called to five fold ministry, as well as those in the marketplace. We have an entire marketplace system for hiring, placement, leadership and team building. This assessment is intended for adults (18+) and functions best when combined with the full Ministry Placement Made Easy System(c) because you get the on-going support of the Wearing The Right C.A.P. team, live training to set in place your own in-house placement ministry using our tools, and building your entire PAGS Ministry Placement Team using your members.
The guide can be used in a variety of ways:
Cell/Small groups
Mid-week bible studies
Continuing education classes
Youth groups (We have a teen version of the K-PAGS Assessment(c) too!
Sub-ministries
Marketplace Ministries
You are also encouraged to use this assessment regularly throughout your ministry; especially when a person joins a group or take on new roles and responsibilities. Greater clarity will open doors to new opportunities to express your PAGS™.
