Take a Closer Look at Your Primary and Secondary Gift Streams
The maximum number you can get in each category is sixty (60) points. If you have 40 or more points in a PAGS™ category, it means you are a strong candidate for a leadership role in that particular stream. You may already be a role model or hold a leadership position in that particular stream. Most people fall between 20-30 points.
If you find that there are less than four (4) points between your primary and secondary gift stream scores, that signifies possible transition, internal or spiritual fine tuning. Be sensitive to the Spirit and acknowledge the spirit man within you. Tune in to get clarity. Look for opportunities in those gift stream areas.
